Dear Editor

You said to send in a news item. I'm not very good at journalism, so I'd like to just tell you a few things about our place and maybe you can use some of it.

"Danny's" is in a one year old building consisting of 1500 square feet of room. There are posters all over the walls, and the room has tables and chairs, benches and a rocking chair, and a portable bar. We also have a "juke" stereo and lots of music disco, funky rock and romantic sounds.

BYOB atmosphere enables everyone to drink whatever their pleasure may be -and on Suncays.

For a two dollar admission charge you receive a ticket to turn in at the bar for chips and choice of two set-ups. If you're a beer drinker bring your six-pack and we'll keep it cold for you. If you don't finish it, we'll label it, and it'll be there waiting for you when you return.

The atmoshpere is very simple. Nothing fancy or spectacular -just a place to be yourself. If you want to just spend an hour or two, just drop in and watch TV, or play pinball, or even spin a few of your own records, or some of ours, Danny's is now here for you. If you've got a birthday or some other occasion and want to celebrate come to Danny's.

We don't promise to be as wild, or funky, or as lavish as

other spots, but we do promise you a place to come to where you can have fun and just plain be yourself. Hope we'll be seeing you at Danny's, Youngstown, Ohio, Route 422 and Robinwood, one mile south of Girard. Just knock on the door and we'll answer. Diane and Donna will be there Sunday through Thursday, 9 to 1 a.m.; Phone 216-747-5155.
